Minnetonka Living collects only the information needed to answer a request and provide the real-estate guidance a visitor asks for.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, message, and the page or guide that prompted your request.
How we use it
Bryce uses the information to answer your question, prepare a requested property analysis, or communicate about the real-estate service you asked about. Minnetonka Living does not sell personal information or add form submitters to unrelated marketing lists.
Service providers
Form details may be transmitted through an email-delivery provider so Bryce can receive and answer the request. Operational logs are designed not to contain the personal content of a lead submission.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, guide navigation, and actions such as starting a form or clicking a phone link. Our custom analytics events do not include the names, contact details, property addresses, or messages entered in forms. Within a browser tab, we temporarily store the most recently viewed guide path and its timestamp to understand whether guide readers go on to request help; this attribution expires after 30 minutes. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site use.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a client relationship, meet recordkeeping obligations, or resolve a dispute. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request by emailing bryce@minnetonkaliving.com. Legal or professional recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion in some circumstances.
